For our new family member, the "Organic Spelt" range, we use only light spelt flour and light wholemeal spelt flour (wholemeal spaghetti) from organic farming.
Ribbon noodles, spirals, corkscrews, waved spaetzle, coarse soup noodles, spaghetti and wholemeal spaghetti - all seven varieties are made from the finest organic spelt flour, processed in accordance with the principles of the EU Organic Regulation.
The organic spelt range is high in protein, vitamins and minerals, tasty and ideal for those who pay special attention to a balanced diet.
We pack the finished pasta in FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests. The printing inks used are water-based - the packaging can therefore be disposed of in waste paper without hesitation.
The recipe of the "Organic Spelt" pasta is free of eggs and animal products. Only the fine, light spelt flour / whole spelt flour (whole spaghetti) and water lead to an unforgettable taste experience.
